All online orders (containing personal information) placed with As Seen on TV Plus More will be kept confidential and privileged. When you place an online order, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and credit card expiration date. We also request your email address to be used solely for order status updates. Please be assured — we will will take every precaution to ensure your private information is kept safe and secure from outside agencies gaining any unauthorized access.

We use your information only for the purposes of processing and shipping your orders and notifying you of new products or special offers that may be of interest to you (that is, only if you select to be included on our mailing list). Under no circumstances will we share your information with any third parties.

Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) Protection

Our Web site uses Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) to encrypt your personal credit information, including your credit card number, before it travels over the Internet to our databases. Return Policy

We pledge to offer a full refund on any/all unopened items purchased from our website. You, the customer must return “items” within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be on the cost of the item only. We do not refund shipping and handling costs.

Customers may return any defective products or items damaged in shipping. We guarantee to replace any defective items shipped at our expense.

Any media/entertainment items that have been opened are not refundable. This includes videos, CDs and DVDs unless this item is damaged in shipping or defective.

Personal and consumable items are not refundable due to health code reasons.

If you are experiencing a problem with one of our products, please feel free to call one of our customer service representatives at 800–253–0928 between the hours of 10 am to 9 pm CST Mon—Sat and 12–6 pm CST on Sunday.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of the order’s time of order. We ship Monday—Friday.

We offer several shipping options including expedited shipping. These options are presented when you calculate your shipping:

  • USPS Priority mail
  • USPS Express (overnight delivery)
  • FedEx

Orders that have items with Free Shipping offers will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Federal Express. If you wish to expedite an item that offers Free Shipping, you can choose a faster shipping method during checkout.

You can check the status of your order by checking the email you received when you submitted your order for login information.

We also ship internationally to the following countries using USPS or FedEx. And depending on the order, customs charges which are not included in our order price may be applicable depending on your country:
